This township of Hemmingford has been surveyed and subdivided by actual admeasurement in the field, as hereon delineated, viz. first by Wm Dibblee, Deputy Surveyor, in September 1792, continued to April, 1793, when being wounded at St. John's and disabled to proceed with that field work, Mr. Joseph Kilborn, Deputy Surveyor was ordered to and did finish it from the 12th June, 1793, to the 7th January 1794.
