General note:

This photograph and the message of thanks were individually framed and displayed together at Neil Chotem's home. The portrait only shows 32 of the musicians (other than Chotem himself), plus the hands of a 33rd. The label from the company that framed the photograph is dated 20 June 1958; it is housed in the same folder as the photograph, as is a photocopy of the message of thanks.
