The accession contains records relating to the devolution of health services to first nations, including Carrier Sekani Family Services, Gitksan Wet'suwet'en Tribal Council, Nisga'a Valley Health Board, North Coast Tribal Council, Treaty 8 Tribal Council, Cowichan Band Council, First Nations of South Island Tribal Council, Ktunaxa/Kinbasket Tribal Council, Sto:Lo Nation, Alliance Tribal Council, Native Brotherhood of British Columbia, Nlaka'Pamux Nation Tribal Council, Sechelt Band, Shuswap Nation Tribal Council, and Nuu-Chah-Nulth.

The accession also includes records relating to legal issues and liability insurance.
