The accession includes transfer 48 from Canada Post Corporation.The accession contains approved press proof sheets of philatelic issues released between 1999 and 2009, including Canadian Nurses Association (18 Jun. 2008), Preserving the Poles (9 Apr. 2009), Year of the Ox (8 Jan. 2009), Celebration (2 Feb. 2009), First Flight in Canada (23 Feb. 2009), Queen Elizabeth (12 Jan. 2009), Sports of the 2010 Winter Games (12 Jan. 2009), Low Value Definitives: Beneficial Insects (22 Apr. 2009) and Abraham Doras Shadd & Rosemary Brown (2 Feb. 2009).

The accession also includes photographic records relating to the design of the Architecture Series stamps (1989), the Art Canada : Jean-Paul Lemieux stamp booklet (22 Oct. 2004), and the 1999 Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and 1999 National Capital Commission commemorative envelopes.

In addition the accession contains digital art files relating to these philatelic issues: Greeting Stamps (21 Sept. 2001), Open Championship of Canada (12 Aug. 2004), Pets (1 Oct. 2004), Fishing Flies (4 Feb. 2005), (Canadian Forces Snowbirds 28 Jun. 2006) and Definitives: Flowers (Orchids) (27 Dec. 2007).
