This sub-series is the single largest sub-series of the Personal Confidential series. It was maintained by Diefenbaker's second personal secretary, Marjorie "Bunny" Pound. It also contains a small group of files that Diefenbaker acquired from the office of his confidant and personal advisor, Senator William Brunt, following the Senator's death in 1962. These files are organized under Brunt's name.
Unlike the the Marion Wagner files sub-series, this sub-series was extremely well arranged in four alphabetical runs for the years 1960 to 1963. These were combined in one large run to which was added a small body of miscellaneous Pound files that served to extend the dates of the sub-series from 1957 to 1969.
Among the most important sections of this sub-series are the Progressive Conservative Party files. The sub-series also contains some constituency material; however, the bulk of Pound's constituency files are found in XII/A File Room Safe Files Subseries. Like the Marion Wagner sub-series, this sub-series includes a portion of Diefenbaker's financial records, found primarily under Accounts.
