Physical description note:

The document has one small red circular paper seal. Sheet 3 is green. One pink archival ribbon is used to bind the sheets through three holes in each sheet.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is laminated with tissue. Sheets are bound together by the upper edge of sheet three which overlaps the upper edge of all other sheets, and secured by ribbon.
