Document has two red circular paper seals. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is laminated with tissue. A brown circular stain is on the upper corner of each leaf, surrounding the single hole in the upper left corner, used in conjunction with the archival ribbon.
