Document has three red circular paper seals, and the lower portion of a red 3¢ stamp (torn, upper piece missing). Pages five to eight are on blue paper.

The document is laminated with tissue. Red stain is adjacent to the red seal on page three. Possibly a paper seal is missing on page three, adjacent to first signator of grantor. Two red stains are on page four. The pink multi-lined border is faded.
