Physical description note:

The document has one large gold (discoloured) circular paper seal. Red ink is used for underlining. One small red circular paper seal is present. One brown "Documentary" stamp value of 25¢ is also on the document.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document's ink is faded. The paper is dirty and discoloured. Ink is smeared on pages one and six. The gold seal is discoloured and worn.
