A coloured map is on page nine. The map is drawn in red, blue and black ink, and red and blue watercolour on drafting cloth. One small red circular paper seal is present. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together by means of two holes on the upper edge. Page 14 is on green paper. It folds over the top edge of all sheets and binds them together with the archival ribbon.

The document is laminated with tissue. Dark stains are along the left edge of page one. Dirty spots are present on the map on page nine.
