The document has one red wax seal. Approximately one half of the seal is missing. Two purple ribbons are attached to the wax seal. A triangular-shaped parchment is folded around the sheets. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together. Three green "Registration" stamps valued for a total of $0.50 are on the document.

The document is laminated with tissue. A brown stain is on the lower left corner of page one, opposite the wax seal. The edges are dirty and torn. A red wax stain is on pages three and four.
