The document has one red wax seal. Two green ribbons are fixed to the wax seal. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together. One rectangular shaped piece of tissue-laminated paper is folded in half over the top edges of all sheets and has a seal and ribbons attached to it. One small fragment of purple ribbon is attached to the wax seal. The document also has red ink underlining and two small orange circular shaped paper seals.

The document is laminated with tissue. A hole with red stained edges in the upper left corner of the sheets. Numerous other holes are also in upper area of the sheets. A brown stain is on the lower left corner of page one.
