The document has a large red circular wax seal, embossed, and it adheres the map to the front of the grant. The map is coloured.

The document is laminated with tissue. A wax seal is between the first and second sheet as explained above. Tears are present along the edges. Edges are dirty. Sheets 1 and 2 have a horizontal tear through the wax seal. Sheets 1 and 2 are wrinkled adjacent to the seal. Two holes in the upper left corner are used to bind the sheets together.
