The document has one red wax seal. Two pieces of green ribbon are affixed to the wax seal. One piece of pink archival ribbon, located underneath the wax seal, was used for binding the sheets together. One rectangular piece of material is also affixed to the wax seal and folded over the sheets for binding. Two red circular paper seals are present. Purple ink was used for the multi-lined border.

The document is laminated with tissue. Edges are dirty, torn and small pieces are missing. Fold lines are dirty and torn. Other documents were all bound together but are now separated and identified individually.
