Red or pink ink was used for a multi-lined border and underlining. An odd-shaped piece of parchment is folded into a triangular shape with two pieces of pink archival ribbon knotted to it. The parchment and ribbon were probably used for binding the documentation.

The document is laminated with tissue. The lamination is cracked on the centre fold. Red or pink ink has smeared or run and is visible through the paper on the opposite side. Page four is dirty. Page one has dirty spots on the lower portion.
