The document has one red wax seal with pieces missing. Two pieces of green ribbon are attached to the wax seal. One piece of diamond-shaped material, possibly canvas, is folded and is attached to the wax seal. The material is used to bind the sheets together. Pink ink is used on the docket title.

The document is laminated with tissue. A faint red ink oval stamp is on the upper right corner. The edges and docket title area are dirty. Two holes are present on each sheet, in the upper left corner, and were probably used for binding the sheets.
