The document has one red wax seal and two pieces of green ribbon. One piece of diamond-shaped material, possibly canvas, is folded and attached to the wax seal. It was probably used in binding the sheets together.

The document is laminated with tissue. A faint oval red ink stamp is on the upper right corner of page one. A yellowish stain is on page six.
