Physical description note:

A pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together through a single hole in each sheet. Sheet three is made of cloth, possibly a starched linen.

Note on the state of conservation:

Sheets one and two are laminated with tissue. A blue ink stain is on the lower edge, probably from the stamp on the upper edge.
