The document has one red wax seal on the upper left corner. Two pieces of green ribbon are fixed under the wax seal. One pink archival ribbon is also attached to the underside of the wax seal. Three small squares of green paper and one small green circular paper seal are by the signatures. One large green circular paper seal is by the printed certificate. Parts of the text are underlined with pink ink.

The document is laminated with tissue. The paper is dirty. It appears that on page three there has been affixed to the sheet, the affidavit entitled "For Maker of a Deed". Red stains, probably from the wax seal, are on the upper left corner of page three.
