The document has a multi-lined purple marginal border. One red wax seal is in the upper left corner of the first sheet. Two long strands of green ribbon are fixed underneath the wax seal. A pink archival ribbon is used to bind the sheets together. Two red circular paper seals are present by the signatures. There are also four blue print stamps.

The document is laminated with tissue. A brown stain is in the lower left corner, possibly from the wax seal. The paper and edges are dirty.
