Physical description note:
The document has one red wax seal. Beside it is one wide blue ribbon which is tied in a bow. Both the seal and the ribbon are fixed upon a rectangular shaped piece of paper and cloth material which are located on the upper left corner of page one. These elements were possibly used to bind the sheets together.
Note on the state of conservation:
The document is laminated with tissue. The paper edges are dirty, torn and small pieces are missing. Two straight parallel holes are in each sheet, possibly used in binding the sheets with the ribbon. The upper left corner of page 19 is missing. Page 19 also has the title of document on it. Possibly, this sheet was previously the first/top sheet and the wax seal, ribbon, and binding material were fixed to it.
