The document has one cracked red wax seal with pieces missing.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are holes in upper left corner and possibly a red wax stain, probably used to bind the documentation together. There are also holes along the central fold line. This document followed I.A. No. 149F in the original folder but since the adhesions all appear to be originals it does not seem likely it should be attached to one of them. Possibly it was created for the copy of I.A. No. 149A and 149B but there are no positive indications to confirm this.
