The document has two red wax seals located near the lower right corner.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are several holes in the upper left corner, possibly used to bind the documentation. A small red stain is also present on the upper left corner, possibly from sealing wax of other documents. A hole or tear is in the lower left corner just below the witnesses' signature block.
