The document has two red wax seals located near the lower right corner.

The document is laminated with tissue. Brownish stains are adjacent to the wax seals and in the middle area of the right side. Two holes are in the top left corner, probably for binding the documentation together. A red stain, possibly sealing wax, is adjacent to holes in the top left corner.
