Two pieces of green ribbon are affixed under the top red wax seal. A pink loop of ribbon is affixed under the bottom red wax seal. Two pieces of pink archival ribbon are located on page two below the wax seals. Two additional red wax seals are located near the bottom of page 17. Red ink is used for underlining and decorative markings.Note on the state of conservation:The document is laminated with tissue. The left edges of the sheets are torn. There are six holes in the top left corner of each sheet, possibly used for binding document together. A brown stain is located on page two in the bottom left corner.
