Physical description note:

The illustration of Red River contains five drawings of animal figures. Black and brown ink was used.

Note on the state of conservation:

Paper bears a watermark: "Ruse and Turner, 1813. The document is laminated with tissue. The lamination is torn 8 cm (3 in.) on centre fold line. Fold lines are also dirty and worn, with small holes. The sheet is dirty, with yellow discolouration adjacent to the centre fold line on page two.
