Physical description note:

The document is on parchment. There are 56 red wax seals and five pieces of green ribbon woven through parchment with seals positioned on them. The document also possibly has a scalloped top edge.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document has torn pieces and tears adhered with clear tape. Edges are torn and irregular in shape. Ink is faded. There are yellowed stains. Along the left edge are dirty areas. The wax seals are cracked and pieces are missing. A small circular hole is present on the lower left side.
