The document has 11 seals covered with light blue paper lids and 12 seals covered with blue paper lids. One chief is identified as "Pagan" while three other chiefs are identified as "Christian".

The document is laminated with tissue. The edges are dirty, worn, torn and pieces are missing. Holes are present along the fold lines and in the top left corner. There are random ink smears on all sides. The lamination bubbled along centre fold adjacent to seals, reddish circular stain possibly from a wax seal on the top left corner.
