Physical description note:

The document has seven seals covered with blue paper.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is laminated with tissue. The lamination bubbled by the seals and center fold. There are also small holes along fold lines and edges. Two holes are present on each leaf as it was previously bound to Order in Council copy.
