The document is on parchment. There are four doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) and clan signatures, eight red wax seals, and two green ribbons woven through the parchment with seals on the top.

The document is brittle and some wax seals have pieces missing. There is some yellowing, ink smears, and red stains where pieces of wax seals are missing.
