Physical description note:

The document has 10 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and nine covered seals and 11 seals (five covered with brown lids and six covered with white lids). Red ink is used for underlining and a double-lined border.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is laminated with tissue. It is worn and torn along edges. The fold lines are faded and yellowed, with small pieces missing. Pieces are also missing in the bottom corners. There is an ink stain in the top left corner of page two.
