The document has nine covered seals. Two sheets have been attached together horizontally, probably prior to writing the text.

The document is laminated with tissue. Two pieces were replaced by conservation. There are still small pieces missing along fold lines. The fold lines are dirty and torn, and there are a few small ink smears.
