Land involved: Situated in the Township of Innisfil, County of Simcoe containing 900 acres composed of the north halves of lots 16, 18, 19, 21 and south halves of lots 14, 16, 18, 19, 21 in the 4th concession. In addition, 1200 acres in the Township of Hawkesbury (Eastern Division) including lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20 in the 3rd concession; and also the County of Prescott in the Ottawa District 2800 acres composed of lots 12, 15, 18 in the 4th concession; lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 25 in 5th concession and lots 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 in the 6th concession, Township of Hawkesbury

Physical description note:

The document is on parchment. There are four red wax seals, two adjacent to signatures and two positioned on the ribbons. There are also two green ribbons, woven through the hem to bind the sheets together and fastened with above mentioned seals. Brown ink is used for underlining and a double-lined border. Blue ink is adjacent to certification.

Note on the state of conservation:

The parchment is brittle, yellowed and worn along the fold lines. Ink is randomly faded. There are ink smears and brown stains throughout. A hole and black mark are present on top of page one.
