The document has a red wax seal in the top left corner of page one. There are also six covered seals.

The document is laminated with tissue. Its' edges are dirty and torn. Conservation work was previously done on sheet 2 to replace missing pieces. There are other small holes along the fold lines. Ink blots are present on pages two and three.
