Physical description note:

The document is on parchment and has a decorative top edge. Red ink is used for highlighting, underlining and borders. There are eight red wax seals, stamped with the profile of a head. Two pink ribbons are woven through parchment with four of the above wax seals on each.

Note on the state of conservation:

The parchment is brittle and ink is faded in certain locations.
