This sub-sub-series contains working papers created mostly by Bernard Séguin, Media Advance Officer in the PMO Communications Unit under Prime Minister Chrétien.

The sub-sub-series contains documents that concern media planning for the Prime Minister's official trips (i.e. itineraries, media accreditation requests, media agreements, expense reports, etc.). To a lesser degree, it also contains news releases, notices addressed to PMO staff, correspondence, and various reference documents and working papers.

These records shed some light on the logistics involved in media coverage for the Prime Minister's official trips, especially for accreditation to allow journalists to accompany the Prime Minister.
