The document has four covered seals and five green ribbons. Six rectangular pieces of parchment are folded in half, and some are attached to parchment pieces. Ribbon and parchment were probably use to bind the document through four slits on left edge of the sheets.

The document is laminated with tissue. It is torn, dirty, and is worn on fold lines, especially on sheet three.
