The document has five seals. Four of these are covered. The last one is a red wax seal on a piece of parchment. Two rectangles of parchment are attached to ribbon. There are four holes down left side used to bind document. A green ribbon was probably used to bind the sheets together.

The document is laminated with tissue. Edges and fold lines worn. There are small holes adjacent to the docket title.
