The document has five seals. Four of these are covered. The last one is a red wax seal on a piece of parchment. Four rectangular pieces of parchment are folded in half and are threaded through by ribbon. Two pieces of green ribbon are used to bind the sheets together.

The document is laminated with tissue. Edges are worn and small pieces are missing. There are holes along fold lines and two dark stains on page nine.
