The document has a large red wax seal which is stamped with a turtle, wolf and bear. It is situated on top of a wide green ribbon. Pieces of a pink ribbon was probably used in conjunction with the seal and green ribbon to bind the sheets together through holes in top left corner of each sheet.

The document is laminated with tissue. The document has light staining and is dirty. The edges and fold lines are torn and worn. The docket title is partially illegible.
