The series contains recordings of musical works by Alexander Brott, including Songs of Contemplation, Paraphrase in Polyphony, Concerto for Violin and Orchestra, Concordia, Three Astral Visions, Spasms for Six, Critic's Corner, From Sea to Sea, Spheres in Orbit, Invocation and Dance, Rhapsody for Cello and Orchestra, Arabesque, and Shofar. In addition to his interpretations, the works by Alexander Brott were performed by such ensembles and artists as the Montreal Little Symphony Orchestra, Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra (Boris Brott, conductor), CBC Vancouver Chamber Orchestra, Montreal Brass Quintet, Romano Soxophone Quartet, Leopold Stokowski and his Orchestra, Lionel Daunais, Yaron Ross, Samuel Levitan, Alain Lefèvre, Maureen Forrester and Denis Brott. The series also includes recordings of performances by Alexander Brott with various orchestras (McGill Chamber Orchestra, Montreal Young Virtuosi, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, CBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Northern Orchestra, Orchestra of America, Kol Israel Orchestra, Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional de México, the Symphony Orchestra of the Soviet State Radio and Television, etc.); performances by Lotte Brott with other musicians (Walter Joachim, Kelsey Jones, John Newmark, Charles Reiner, etc.); interviews; demo and promotional recordings by various artists such as Alexandre Lagoya, Philippe Magnan, Jasper wood, Christine Brandes and Peter Stoll; promotional video recording for the Students Concert Series of the McGill Chamber Orchestra.
