The document has five doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures which were reproduced by a copyist. Beside the doodem signatures are six circles marked with the initials "L.S.".

The document is laminated with tissue. The edges are torn with pieces missing. There are small holes along fold lines and it is dirty.
