The document is on parchment. The top edge of the leaf is scalloped while the bottom edge is turned up and held by one parchment ribbon on the left side and a pink cloth ribbon on the right side. Three doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures are on page one. Three red wax seals are present and they are imprinted with a circle of cross-hatching. The doodem signatures with seals are spaced across the bottom hem.

The parchment is brittle, dirty and yellowed. The ink is faded.
