Volume 1606, folder 34 contains a draught letter to President George W. Bush of the United States, 2005.

Volume 1644 contains illustrations used in the book, with indications as to cropping and numbering.
Also consists of draughts, mock-ups and correspondence pertaining to Ronald Keenberg's autobiographical "Sex, violence and architecture":

Volume 1646, folders 1 to 13 contain correspondence with photographer and publisher; printouts of digital photographs touched-up, annotated; IKOY binder for image preparation for Monograph [includes image and its original in transparency, slide, or hi-res digital format]; Black & white copy of complete monograph final layout prepared by IKOY for printers; early mock-ups, 2004-2005.

Volume 1649, folders 1 to 6 contain full size final office mock-up, alternately stamped "2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th proof" May-June 2005. (296 app. 12" x13") monograph proofs, sent by printers to IKOY for approval. For several of the images, the proofs were sent back 2, 3, or 4 times with annotations, 2005.
