The document is on parchment. The top edge of the leaf is scalloped while the bottom edge is turned up and held by a parchment ribbon on each side. Three doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures are on page one and three doodem signatures on page three. Three red wax seals are on a beige ribbon (seal appears to be keg lying on its side with arrow sticking out of it). The doodem signatures with seals are spaced across the bottom hem.

The parchment is yellowed and brittle. There are dirty spots and faded writing.
