The series consists of records concerning the annual royal conventions of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada, renamed in 1984 Royal / Royale. The series includes agendas, correspondence and all other paperworks to prepare the meetings.

The series also contains b&w and col. photographs and slides of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada conventions and other events.Many photographs show the convention of 1971 and directors in November 1985.
