This file contains an interim report by the Committee submitted to Deputy Minister R.A.C. Henry. The report recommends a method of presenting statistical data on reconstruction through the correlation of charts and the establishment of a chartroom. Attached to the report is a folder of charts and photographs intended to present the reader with a conceptual illustration of the suggested arrangement for the chartroom.

Included in this folder are charts and graphs related to employment and unemployment in Canada, cost of living index and external trade between the First and Second World Wars. The folder also contains photographs of an RCAF operations and filter room which the perceived chartroom would be modeled after.
