The collection consists of variant plans of the sailing ship PRINCESS CHARLOTTE. The first item (originally in accession 80103/66) is a manuscript plan signed by John Goudie and dated 1813. The second plan (accession 81203/41) is a transcript prepared by Joseph Aubé in 1910.

The items were assigned call numbers 1150/Princess Charlotte/1813 and 1150/Princess Charlotte/1813(1910) respectively

Custodial history:

One drawing was donated in 1981 by Mr. Ainslie E. Goudie of Wonder Lake, Illinois. The other was transferred from the Manuscript Division on April 9, 1951 but was not accessioned until 1981.
