Physical description note:

The document is on parchment. There are three pieces of pink ribbon on the left side and red ink dots mid-left side of page one. Page two has remains of two red wax seals covering ribbons on the right side, and several small black ink smears. Pages three four have black ink smears on them.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is very faded and most is illegible.
