Series consists of drawings and maps pertaining to various projects undertaken by Walbank in the Montreal area, including St. Gabriel Village sewerage works, a proposed Mount Royal cable railway, Verdun Commercial College, Grey Nuns Catholic Orphanage, and St. Laurent and St. Jacques Churches. There are also several land survey drawings of properties in Montreal. Also included are drawings pertaining to projects outside Quebec, including the Toronto Water Works and a private property at Bridgewater, Ontario.
